BOARD MEETING

July 12, 2004: The monthly Board of Directors Meetings begins at 6:30 PM at the Surf�n Turf Restaurant in Johnstown.

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

July 2004: There will be no general membership the month of July. The next General membership meeting is scheduled for September 13^th 2004.

IT IS FREE .

State law requires anyone performing excavation to notify the owners of all underground utilities, pipelines and cables of the proposed work area at least three working days before the start of excavation. Don�t forget the PA1CALL and call 1-800-242-1776. They help prevent the accidental digging into electrical, gas or other dangerous lines. After you call they will notify the underground facilities which in turn will mark their lines.

As a member of H.B.A.A. you receive this service for free. If you ever get a bill from the PA ONE CALL, send it to us at H.B.A.A., Suite 202, Richland Square III, 1397 Eisenhower Blvd., Johnstown, PA 15904. Even if you have already paid your bill, send us a copy of the bill and proof of payment to us.

Our records indicate that there are still many members that have not yet returned a member identification form. We believe it would be to every member�s advantage to do so. This information is put on our web page (www.hbaahomes.org) and will help web page visitors to more clearly identify your business. Our web page will contain your business name, address, phone number, member identification and if applicable your web page address and link. There is no fee to our members for this free advertising service. If you are not sure if you returned the form or need a new form call HBAA at 269-9268
