Join the BACC

BACC membership provides a strong foundation for your business through access to industry-related news, products, services, and staff experts. In addition, the BACC is a powerful advocate for your interests at all levels of government. When you join the BACC you become a member of the Pennsylvania Builders Association and National Association of Homebuilders. You'll be part of an organization with over 850 local and state homebuilder associations and over 180,000 corporate members. Representing the strength and diversity of the building industry, the HBAA includes builders, remodelers, developers, suppliers, plumbers, electricians, painters, drywallers, carpenters, manufacturers, architects, engineers, real estate brokers, accountants, bankers, attorneys and other industry professionals.

Below is everything you need to apply for membership with our association. Your membership application will be presented to the Board of Directors and to the General Membership for approval.

To complete your application for membership, please review, sign, and send the following items to the address below:

1. New Member Application Form
2. NAHB Member Identification Coding
3. Quality Commitment Performance Standards Agreement
4. Workman’s compensation document
5. A copy of your current certificate of liability insurance
6. A check for your first year’s membership dues in the association for $330.00
