PA ONE-CALL SERVICE IS FREE TO ALL HBAA MEMBERS 

PA One-Call provides you with an easy and reliable way to notify you of all underground utilities, 
pipelines and cables in a proposed work area before you begin to dig.  Whether you are laying 
the foundation of a building or just planting a tree, you must call to have the underground utility 
lines located and marked.  By calling 1-800-242-1776 three working days before you start your 
project, member facility owners in your site area will be notified of your plans and will mark 
the lines in the vicinity.

As a member of HBAA, PBA and NAHB you get this service for free.  Each calendar year, 
when you call the PA One-Call system for the first time, they send you an invoice for $50.  
Send or fax the invoice to HBAA (Home Builders Association of the Alleghenies) office.  
We will confirm you are a member and PA One-Call will waive your fee for that year.  
 The same process begins again each calendar year.
